Boyd has been representing personal injury plaintiffs for more than 25 years in the Western New York community, including in Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Automobile Accidents and all other negligence actions.  As an experienced Trial attorney who is admitted before New York State courts, Federal District court, US Bankrupcy Court and the United States Supreme Court, he has helped thousands of clients obtain compensation for injuries caused by the negligence of others.  He has trial experience in all types of personal injury and Medical Malpractice claims.

In addition to his 25 years of practice in the personal injury field, Mr. Earl has been very involved with volunteering with his church and other charitible organizations for years.  For the last 5 years, he has been a member, and is currently the president of the Board for Saint Mary's School for the Deaf.    Having worked with handicapped children early in his career, Mr. Earl learned American Sign Language in order to be able to communicate with the deaf, which has served him well since he has been serving on the board of Saint Mary's, one of the few residential deaf schools New York State owns and manages.

Recently, Mr. Earl participated in a mission trip to China with Joni and Friends, delivering wheelchairs to the disabled for several weeks, and plans again to volunteer to work with the charity to assist others in their ability to care for themselves, and enter the workplace in their home countries.

Mr. Earl's interests also include photography and videography.  He has served as an official photographer for the Ride for Roswell, Joni and Friends, as well as for Project Serve, a local service event.  He has also traveled the world with his wife and family over the years, having now visited over 40 Countries, from Singapore to Iceland, taking photos and learning about the lives of others around the world.
