As a member of the Complete Counsel team at LoTempio P.C. Law Group, Brian Bogner focuses his practice on litigation procedures in all practice areas.

Mr. Bogner graduated magna cum laude from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. During law school, he worked for the Student Wide Judiciary, a student-run office that investigated and prosecuted violations of the University's Rules and Regulations.

At LoTempio P.C. Law Group, Mr. Bogner represents litigants on both sides of the aisle, plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide variety of practice fields. He has negotiated and litigated civil matters involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle liability, municipal liability, premises liability, products liability, contractual disputes, employment discrimination and labor law. He has also represented individuals and businesses in administrative hearings and proceedings. Mr. Bogner facilitates the needs of his clientele by devising a clear plan of action based on individual needs and goals. He has the experience and knowledge to execute on this plan, deconstruct complex legal matters and advocate for his clients.

Mr. Bogner's dedication to his clients has led to results such as in the case of Grace v. Law. In that matter, he navigated through the Appellate Courts, protected his client's outcome and set a new legal precedent.

Mr. Bogner is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association. Outside of LoTempio P.C. Law Group, Mr. Bogner is the Chairperson of the Town of Hamburg Recreation Foundation and was selected to Super Lawyers Magazine's Upstate New York Rising Star, 2017.
